What is your return policy?

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Our goal is to have our customers 100% satisfied with their products. Our best efforts have been made to accurately describe and represent all the products on our website.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from Canada Post by email. When you open the email you will be able to get the most recent information on your order.

Tracking numbers can also be found under Order History within your Customer Profile.


In order to provide FREE Shipping for our customers, we use Canada Post Lettermail which unfortunately doesn’t provide a tracking number. It usually takes 3 to 6 business days for Canada Post to ship anywhere in Canada.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Mississauga, Ontario.  If your order is received by 12:00 pm (EST), it is usually shipped the same day! (Excluding weekends and holidays)

Which payment methods are accepted?

Visa & MasterCard / Debit Visa & Mastercard – All can be used on our secure checkout page.

PayPal – To pay by PayPal select the PayPal button on the checkout screen.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are still shipping orders – usually within 24 hours of placing them; excluding weekends and holidays. 
It usually takes 3 to 6 business days for Canada Post to ship anywhere in Canada 


Since Covid-19, Canada Post is not guaranteeing  shipment times but parcels are still being delivered in a reasonable time.  Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.


What shipping methods do you use?

In order to provide FREE shipping for our customers, we use Canada Post Lettermail for all FREE shipping orders.

We also offer Canada Post Expedited Parcel with parcel tracking for a flat fee. This way we can be sure that no products are left out.


What are your hours?

We are available for support by phone, online chat support and email from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST), Monday through Sunday.  Since we are online, orders can be placed 365 days a year!
